Dr. Baker
Dr. Baker is the proud Owner and Dentist at MB Dental Solutions. Born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, Dr. Baker’s journey into dentistry began with a strong work ethic and dedication to lifelong learning. He attended Michigan State University for his undergraduate studies while working at General Motors, later earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2007.
After graduation, Dr. Baker practiced as an associate dentist in Okemos, Michigan, for 15 years, where he honed his clinical skills and pursued advanced education in various areas of dentistry. His commitment to professional excellence has earned him several distinguished credentials, including Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology and Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID)—the highest level of competence recognized in implant dentistry. He is also a Fellow of both the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (FAAID), honors that reflect his dedication to continuing education and mastery of modern dental techniques.

Dr. Baker is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care that blends expertise with a personal touch. His extensive training and hands-on experience allow him to deliver high-quality treatment that prioritizes both function and aesthetics, ensuring the best outcomes for his patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Baker enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Together, they have three children and two grandchildren. His daughter, Dr. Dominique MacPhail—the “M” in MB Dental Solutions—is also a practicing dentist. His son is currently attending Michigan State University and plans to follow in his father’s footsteps into dental school, while his youngest, a talented fifth grader, is an avid basketball player. In his free time, Dr. Baker enjoys running, weightlifting, and cheering on his favorite teams—the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, and Michigan State Spartans.
Maryna Fleet
Maryna is the Lead Dental Hygienist at MB Dental Solutions, where she has been an integral part of the team since its founding. Her dental journey began in 2004 at Ternopil State University in Ukraine, where she earned her degree in general dentistry. After graduation, she worked for two years serving underserved populations while completing her dental residency. Following her move to the United States, Maryna continued to pursue her passion for oral health—first as a dental assistant and later as a licensed dental hygienist.

Dedicated to helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles, Maryna finds great fulfillment in building lasting relationships with her patients. Since transitioning to a full-time role at MB Dental Solutions in 2025, she has continued to bring warmth, expertise, and a caring touch to every appointment.
Outside the office, Maryna cherishes time with her husband and their two young daughters. Together, they enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and sharing their love of good music.
Brie Treloar
Brie is the Lead Dental Assistant at MB Dental Solutions. After graduating from high school, Brie first earned her cosmetology license and worked as a stylist for two years. Her career took a new direction after completing an internship with a local dentist, which sparked her passion for dental care. She officially began her dental assisting career in February 2008 and has since become a respected and accomplished professional in the field. In 2024, Brie was honored as Dental Assistant of the Year in the greater Lansing area, a recognition of her skill, dedication, and excellence in patient care.

Outside of work, Brie enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s walking, hiking, or simply soaking up nature. A true country girl at heart, she’s affectionately known as “MacGyver” among friends and family for her knack for fixing just about anything with whatever tools or materials are on hand.
Jen Wahl
Jen Wahl is the Administrative Manager at MB Dental Solutions, where she has been an integral part of the practice since its opening in 2023 alongside Dr. Baker. With over a decade of experience as a dental office manager, Jen brings exceptional leadership, organization, and a deep commitment to ensuring the office operates seamlessly.
In 2019, Jen earned her Certified Dental Business Professional (CDBP) certification from the Michigan Dental Association, further solidifying her expertise in dental practice management. She is also continuing her education, currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration to expand her professional knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband of many years, their two daughters, and son-in-law, all of whom live nearby. She and her husband love exploring antique shops and thrift stores together, and when she’s not out hunting for unique finds, Jen can often be found in her home library, happily curled up with a good book.
Amris Mahoney
Amris Mahoney is a dedicated Patient Coordinator at MB Dental Solutions, where she joined the team in November 2024. With a strong foundation in both clinical and administrative dentistry, Amris brings a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to patient care. She completed the Dental Assisting Program at Ross Medical Education Center in 2016 and also attended Lansing Community College from 2009 to 2012, where she studied phlebotomy and early childhood education.
Amris discovered her passion for the dental field through the rewarding experience of helping patients overcome their fears. Hearing a once-nervous patient say, “That really wasn’t that bad—I’m glad I came here,” reaffirms that she’s in the right profession and motivates her every day.
