Meet the Doctors

Dr. Jason Baker grew up locally, a Lansing Everett High School graduate who got his dental degree from University of Detroit Mercy. His FAGD Fellowship represents hundreds of extra education hours past dental school. He got trained in IV sedation and dental implants to fill a gap in local services. He gives back through two organizations: 517 Hope and Lansing for Cesar E. Chavez. His training includes work at top facilities like Pikos Implant Institute, Texas Implant Institute, and California Implant Institute, which lets him handle everything from full arch rehabilitation to implant overdentures, plus IV sedation and cosmetic work. He genuinely believes in addressing the whole person, not just fixing teeth. When he’s not working, you’ll find him running, lifting weights, or hanging out with his family.

Dr. Dominique MacPhail is also from the Lansing area and came back specifically to work alongside her dad. She covers preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, plus SureSmile aligners and facial aesthetics. Outside work, she’s all about family time with her husband and their two little ones, toddlers born just 16 months apart, plus their golden retriever. She’s into coffee, working out, outdoor walks, and rooting for Michigan State on football Sundays.
